Grey Hair Online Dynasty Headquarters

UPDATE:  The Grey Hair has moved to the Tradition Football community and turned into the OFFL Mid-Majors.  I am close to being full there.  If you found this site, I suggest you come over, sign up and join the community.  If you're interested in a great, mature, dedicated NCAA Football 10 community, this will be the place  to be.

                                                                                                                                                                         Welcome to the headquarters for the Grey Hair Online Dynasty for NCAA 09 and soon enough, NCAA 10 on the XBox 360.  Here at Grey Hair we prefer gamers with a more "mature" game.  We don't discriminate based on age or anything like that but we will discriminate when it comes to how you play the game.  As the Grey Hair commissioner, I look to gather a group of guys (or gals) who expect rules to be in place, expect rules to be followed, expect rules to be enforced and expects his (or her) fellow gamers to play a good game, play fair, be considerate, stay active and most of all, HAVE FUN!  

     The plan for the Grey Hair Online Dynasty (GHOD) is continue playing with NCAA 09 up until the time NCAA 10 comes out (see counter on the sidebar of this page).  As of this writing, we have a full compliment of users (12) but we will be keeping a list of users who would like to be considered for future openings.  If you've been in an online dynasty before, you know users come and go so I'm sure I'll be looking for new users from time to time.  We're looking for players who have a more "mature" gaming style (Simulation trumps Cheese).  

     The GHOD started out with all owners using 1* and 2* programs in non-BCS conferences.  Some have since moved up to 3* & 4* and even 5* while others remain at 1* or 2*.  It varies from season to season.  We assume all or most programs will eventually become 5* and 6* programs.  We have implemented a "Coaching Progression" set of rules for NCAA 10.  For more on that (see forums under "Grey Hair Announcements", then "Team Selections") and while you're there, go over all of the rules so you know what we're all about.  

     The teams in use as of this writing (6/13/09) are: UTEP, San Diego State, Navy, UNLV, San Jose State, SMU, Colorado State, North Texas, Western Michigan, Utah State, Akron and Eastern Michigan.  These teams aren't necessarily the teams that will be in use on NCAA 10 but it gives you an idea of the kinds of teams we're looking to start off with.  

     If you would like to join the GHOD or get on the waiting list, please make sure you read our rules which are found above under the heading "Rules".  From there click on the link that says "forums link".  That will take you to our forums where you can sign up under "Prospective Dynasty Members".  Leave all of the required information there and someone will get back to you ASAP.  Once you join the forums, please use your gamer tag as your forums name so we can cut back on confusion.  Thank you!
